We want you to love your purchase from Dr. Block’s Pleasure Shop. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate and personal products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email info@drblockspleasureshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
